Central City — close neighbor to Black Hawk — is hosting a Bike Day tomorrow. Local businesses will have free goodies for cyclists pedaling through Central City and along the Parkway.
It seems Central City understands the equation: Bikes + Tourism = $$$
This is the kind of response I was hoping for to the Black Hawk Bike Ban.
