Two thumbs up.
Best part: Watching the mountain stages of the Tour de France (with dramatic original music — bonus epic feeling) got me totally stoked to venture up hills on my bike again. So I headed up Flagstaff on my lunch break today.
ZOMG. I forgot how much fun (and how terrifying) it is to lean waaaaaay over into corners on a mountain descent.
I’ll be at it again soon. Besides, it’s good training for my big cycling event of the year — the Fourth of July pancake breakfast in Jamestown.
