Last-minute Bolder Boulder Training

Last week I wrote some tips for flash training for the Bolder Boulder. Since you only have a few days until the big race, I figured we should revisit those really important tips now.

I think tip No. 4, “Rest More,” is probably the most important one right now. You need to take advantage of the dip in your periodization training so you peak for your event. Even if you didn’t actually train.

I hope all of the runners and spectators at Boulder’s big race have a fab time. Me? I’ll be avoiding all of you by heading to Lumpy Ridge to climb — but I still love you, kisses!
